What type of information do we collect and how is it used?
We collect identifiable information from our customers which includes full name, email address, mailing address, home telephone number, mobile phone number and, if applicable, credit card number. All of this information is provided by the customer, voluntarily. This occurrence happens when the customer, for example, makes a purchase from Belle Tire, signs up for a program, subscribes to our email or SMS list, participates in a sweepstakes or contests, surveys, polls, posts content or registers with our Site. This also includes any other feature that includes Belle Tire’s collection of information from the customer. In addition, we collect demographic information which may include, but is not limited to, number of household members, age, and gender. We may also collect information in the future which may include items such as interests, hobbies, lifestyle choices, affiliations and products you use or own. This information may be used to fulfill an order and provide you with overall customer service.

If you apply for manufacturer rebates or warranties.

If you request an electronic copy of your in-store receipt.

We do not rent or sell your information to marketers outside of the Belle Tire Distributors, Inc.'s network of stores. In certain situations, we may share your personal information to provide operational or other support services, such as credit card processes, warranties, rebates or shipping agents. However, there must be appropriate restrictions on the disclosure and use of your information. Unless otherwise disclosed to you, our service providers are prohibited from using your information from any marketing endeavors.
Regulatory authorities and law enforcement may be entitled to information about customers in accordance with applicable law if it is believed that a response to governmental authorities is appropriate to the individual circumstance. Personal information may be disclosed to authorities should Belle Tire Distributors Inc. need to defend its legal rights, property or operations. What sort of tracking tools does Belle Tire use?

May I opt out of receiving emails and text messages from Belle Tire?
Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. sends emails/text messages occasionally including, but not limited to, our Advantage program. By providing your number and joining the SMS program you authorize Belle Tire to send you automated marketing text messages at the mobile number you provide. Marketing text messages from Belle Tire may include information regarding promotions, coupons, sales, and/or requesting information/feedback regarding your service/transaction at Belle Tire. Messaging varies per user. You must have a two-way text-enabled phone with compatible carrier and plan. Belle Tire messages are free, however, text messages sent by/received on your mobile handset may be subject to message and data rates by your mobile carrier.
