Our Commitment to the Community
Belle Tire is committed to being a good corporate citizen in communities in which we have a business presence. We believe that employing a combination of cash grants, employee involvement, and in-kind contributions results in sustainable partnerships that have a lasting positive impact in our communities.
Our approach is two-fold:
- Collaborate with and invest in community programs that reflect our strategic values.
- Encourage and enhance our employees' involvement to help us better understand and support community concerns and issues.

Belle Tire Cares Program is Giving Back to Local Youth
Belle Tire is pleased to announce our new program, Belle Tire Cares. The program offers groups within local schools, community organizations and sports teams, a chance to win a monthly cash award donated by Belle Tire. Groups must be making a difference in the lives of children in the communities in which we do business. The award will help with a worthwhile improvement for the school, organization, group or sports team. It can include new uniforms, field trips, musical equipment, computers, etc.
Eligibility and Rules:
- Open to groups or organizations that make a difference in the lives of children in the communities in which we do business. In order to be nominated, your group must be located within 20 miles of a Belle Tire location.
- School officials, sport teams, representatives, organizations and parents can nominate their organization by completing the online form.
- Submissions will be accepted beginning March 1, 2012 – November 23, 2012. A committee of Belle Tire employees will chose 3 monthly finalists.
- Monthly finalists will be placed on a poll for the community’s vote.
- The group with the most votes will receive the grand prize of $1,000 and the 2nd and 3rd place groups will receive $500 and $250 donated by Belle Tire.
- If your school didn’t win this month, re-apply! We are selecting 3 organizations every month through 2012!

Nominate your Organization Belle Tire Hockey Club Helping Make a Difference in a Child’s Life
THE BELLE TIRE YOUTH HOCKEY CLUB is one of the top youth hockey organizations in the country, providing competition at all age levels. The Belle Tire Hockey Club has provided a fun, safe and competitive environment for over 5000 young boys and girls since its inception in 1997. Over this past 2008/2009 season, the Belle Tire Youth Hockey club accomplished some wonderful Achievements. Four teams were State Champions, five teams played in the State Championship finals and two teams went to Nationals, with the 96 AAA team playing in the USA National Championship game.
Detroit Pistons Care Telethon
Each year Belle Tire participates in the Detroit Pistons Cares Telethon, benefiting Feed The Children. Belle Tire presented "Feed The Children" with a check for $7000 in 2010. One hundred percent of the proceeds went to Michigan residents in critical need of help.
