For your convenience we're open late Monday & Thursday from 8am to 8pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm. Check the store locator for the store hours at the location nearest you as some do vary.

Are Your Auto Glass Technicians Certified?

Yes, Belle Tire's Auto Glass technicians are factory trained by Dow Automotive and certified to be compliant in the proper use of automotive glass adhesives. In addition, our technicians have been thoroughly trained on the proper procedures for removing and installing auto glass in accordance with the Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standards (AGRSS).

Do you offer wiper blades?

Yes, we offer a full line of quality ANCO wiper blades, for an additional cost, that can be installed FREE of charge at the time of service or anytime. Remember it's recommended to replace your windshield wipers every six months or 6,000 miles, even if there is nothing wrong with your wipers. Continuing to drive with worn or damaged blades can damage your windshield, so it's important to make sure you have adequate blades when you have your windshield repaired or replaced.

What does my quote include?

Your quote includes everything needed to replace your windshield including Original Equipment quality glass and adhesives rated for 1 hour Safe Drive Away. With the Belle Tire guaranteed Lowest Out The Door Retail price, the price we quote you is the price you'll pay. You never have to worry about being charged extras like moldings or additional adhesives.

What is the difference between OE glass and OEE glass?

Belle Tire uses only the top auto glass supplies in the business to provide OE or OE equivalent (OEE) auto glass. This means the new glass is essentially the same piece of glass that is installed at the time your vehicle is made, the only difference is the windshield manufacturer. Plus because we are AGRSS registered and compliant, the glass we use must meet or exceed all federal, industry and safety standards.

How long will my repair or replacement take?

In many cases, windshield repairs can be performed in 30 minutes or less. Windshield replacements will often take 60 minutes or less, however, we recommend that you do not drive the vehicle for at least one hour after service is completed to allow the adhesive to meet its stated Safe Drive Away Time (SDAT).

How long will it be before I can safely drive my vehicle?

Our technicians use the best materials, including the industry's finest adhesives, with a one to two hour drive-away time for windshield installations. The technician will advise you if any additional time is required.

Does my vehicle need to be in a covered or heated area?

Inclement weather makes installations difficult without cover. If possible, please have shelter available.

My rear view mirror is attached to my windshield. Will the technician attach it to the new windshield?

Yes our trained technicians will properly remove your rear view mirror from your old windshield and attach it to your new windshield prior to completing your service.
