Detroit Pistons Three Pointers Add Up
Belle Tire to donate over $11,000 for last season’s 3-pointers
AUBURN HILLS, MI – During halftime at the Pistons Dec. 7 game against
the Chicago Bulls, Belle Tire donated $11,225 to the Pistons Palace Foundation.
Last season, Belle Tire allocated $25.00 for every three-pointer made by the Pistons,
through the Belle Tire "Belle Ringers" program. Now, 449 later, it's time for Belle
Tire to write that check.
The Belle Ringers program has been working with the Pistons-Palace Foundation for
over five years and has donated over $60,000 to date.
"Belle Tire is dedicated to actively staying involved in the community through
various efforts," said Belle Tire Operations Manager, Don Barnes III. "Over the
past five years Belle Tire has been able to raise more then $60,000 for the Pistons
Palace Foundation which continues to help the Detroit Metro Area."
