With Michigan's pothole problem I have unfortunately been to see This Belle Tire twice recently. I damaged run flats on my BMW. Although it was a difficult tire to find they did so as fast as was possible and got my car back to me in a hurry. The service here is some of the best I have seen in any business. I also bought a set of tires last fall for my old car. The same could be said of that visit. The service was quick, friendly, fast and of high quality. I will never buy a tire anywhere else
During a recent cold spell, my tires started to act up, shaking the car, I thought possible there was a flat spot or one of the belts on the tire had broke. I took the car in there. The person behind the desk knew what it was right away. Instead of making me wait, he had me pull the car around to the side where he took a air hose and blew off some ice that had formed on the rim. It worked. He could of just said I needed a new tire and I wouldn't of known the difference. I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be.
I got a flat tire on my truck over the holidays. I ordered two tires online and scheduled an appointment online for when they were open. I ordered the wrong tires and had to reorder different tires. So they got four tires in for me. I took the flat in a day early to drop it off for an inspection. While I was there, they pulled a second slow leak tire off my truck and fixed both tires - for free. FOR FREE.
They handed me my keys and said thanks for coming in and refused to take any money at all. They were original factory tires with only 30k miles on them. They got stuck with four tires I had pre-ordered and told me to just come back when I needed tires. Dan (The Man) manager is one of my new heroes. I'm a retired business owner and I thought that when I retired - I took customer service with me.
I went home and made sure I was awake and that I woke up in the same reality I was used too........................I mean who does that anymore?
got a flat and I had just purchased the truck, the warrenty covered my brand new tires and rim. Great service and a great store manager. would buy tires from there anytime.
Went in to get 4 new tires which Kyle Goodwin went above and beyond to help me get the best tires for the best price. On top of that he he told me of a few leaks i had and topped off the fluid so everything would be fine until i was able to get the leaks fixed.
Fantstic customer service from Kyle! Always a good visit at this store. Would have given 5 stars if they'd have checked/filled my fluids during oil change.

I want to give Ryan at Belle my biggest thanks. My daughters and I were in the 12th hour of our trip from NY when our tire was destroyed by a piece of metal. The AAA contractor gave me a recommendation to go to Belle to fix it because the temporary tire wouldn't get us to our destination. Even though they had just closed, Ryan told us that he would wait for us and fix the tire. It was ruined and had to be replaced. Sales staff showed me one tire, I had them mount them, and it was not the tire I agreed to buy. The manager stepped up and found the tires at another location, so he left the new tires mounted and set up so I could go to other location and get the right tires. The manager was GREAT, but I can't say much for the sales staff.
Took my vehicle in to your Brighton store due to the Low Tire Pressure light indicator flashing. Joe Janiga was most professional and had the tires checked and repaired one tire due to a nail. NO Charge. Was very impressed with your service and believe I should pay something for the service provided. Since you do not charge for these services I would like to make a donation to a charity you support. Just a quick note to acknowledge Joe Janda for excellent service. When I called asking for the best tire for my full size-rear wheel drive van, that lacks any traction at all when it snows, he cut right to the chase and offered the Michelin MS. Also at a better price than any other tire store. Outstanding tire for winter traction. Have had absolutely no problems driving in the snow. The van now goes through the snow like its has 4-wheel drive-love it. Thanks J.J.!
I just wanted to remark on the excellent service I received from one of your managers, Joe Conway. I am visiting from out of town, and I came in with a tire problem. Mr. Conway was excellent -- professional, reassuring and knowledgeable. He solved my problem and answered all my questions. I am recommending him to all my family in the area, and I wish I knew someone like him at a service center in my town.

I got out of work today to find one of my snow tires completely flat. I removed it from the car and put on the spare. When I got home at 6:20PM I proceeded to call Belle Tire in Brighton to ask if they could mount and balance four tires. The sales associate said it would not be a problem, and told me that they closed at 8. I promptly went to the store and explained that I wanted the tires mounted and balanced. I also mentioned that the tire that was in the trunk had a puncture, and if they had time, I would like it fixed. As an afterthought I also told the salesperson of a noise that had developed whenever I ever hit the brakes while traveling in reverse. I asked them to try to locate the cause of the noise and tell me what it was. I went across the street to grab a bite to eat, and by the time I had returned, they were finished. They had mounted and balanced the tires, plugged the leak, and REPAIRED the noise (a brake caliper bolt had backed completely out). I went from not being sure if I was even going to get my tires put on tonight to getting all of the issues repaired!! I was even more impressed and happy upon my arrival back home to find that everything had been placed back into it's proper storage location in the trunk, (including the jack and lug wrench that I had left out after changing the tire). The salesperson was James M. Cole and the Mechanic was SMS - Stephen M Smar - M221756 I commend these two individuals, and and anyone else that was involved with my particular order for their great work ethic and attention to detail. This branch has given me a great impression of Belle Tire and has ensured my return for other similar automobile maintenance and repairs.

I just recently was at your business, and received great service! I appreciate the time your employees put into helping me and my family with our unfortunate problem. My family and I were heading up north to our cottage in Traverse City when our trailer tire came off. We managed to get to the other side of the road without causing an accident.

After we ate and came back to your business you had already retrieved our trailer and had brought it back to your location and repaired the damaged trailer and had a new tire on it!
