I want to personally thank chuck wehr from belle tire. I was in a jam on a saturday afternoon after a puncture to my tire made it non repairable. They did not have the tire i needed in stock, but chuck found a comparable tire and was able to get me on the road. He saved the day.

I have had the pleasure to take all my business here for the last 10 years. Great guys, great company. I bought new tires month ago and recently had one blow, thanks to T. C.'s great job repairing local roadways. They replaced my tire with a brand new one for less than 20$. Gotta love it!
Just a short note to let you know how pleased I am with the tires I purchased. I have a Lincoln Town car that isn't the best in the snow and winter weather we have here in Cadillac, I called your store in Traverse City, spoke a young man name Jay. He took plenty of time with me and gave me his recommendation as to what tires I needed to give my Lincoln better winter driving performance. Well I am "very" pleased with his knowledge and recommendation. The new tires work great and I am very pleased. Jay was very pleasant and was correct with his tire recommendation. Excellent employee!! Thank You.
The service I received at Belle Tire in Traverse City was prompt and friendly. The tires I ordered were not delivered on time so Belle used a higher grade tire that they had instock with no extra charge passed along to me. I was also told that the outer tie-rod ends were loose on my truck and needed to be replaced. A Belle rep then advised me that these parts cannot be ordered from anywhere in town and they would have to come direct from the manufacturer at $72 a piece. I was told this was the best possible price I could get for these parts. My next stop was NAPA auto parts where they had these parts in stock for $43. That is a 60% mark up Belle was putting on its parts. Nice job with the tires. Get mechanical work done else where if you enjoy your money.
