Had an ongoing problem with my Honda Pilot eating tires and a lousy ride. I will not go into the details. During lunch I drove to Belle Tire hopeful that they could find a solution. They pinpointed the problem within two hours and had me happily on the road by that evening. The Pilot never rode that good before the work of Belle Tire.

I had Belle Tire replace my tires on my Honda Odyssey in a timely and inexpensive manner. I waited two hours, was treated professionally, and paid the advertised price. Tires can be purchased at dozens of locations and the price and treatment I experienced will make me a repeat customer.

Purchased a set of Michelins for my wife's Expedition. Matched a competitors on-line price which wasn't much less than the 'out-the-door' quote before researching more. Johnny did a great job! Customer service awesome!!! They've also fixed 2 flat tires on my Dodge even after moving up to the area 2 yrs ago before purchasing the tires for my wife's SUV. Wouldn't hesitate bringing either vehicle back for services...THANK YOU!!!

While the tires and prices are good, the people were friendly, 2.3 hours to change 4 tires and do an alighnment! I thought maybe 45 minutes... but over two hours was just wrong!

Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you about the great experience we had with your Belle Tire store in Holland. The service was great! The store was open a few minutes early, and we arrived about 7:50am. The staff was very friendly. We brought my car in for 4 new tires and an alignment. we went over to the restaurant next door, while we waited. A service man came over to the restaurant to tell us that the tires they had ordered would not be in until eleven am or so. They offered to give us a different tire (normally 10 each more expensive) at the same price. The tech brought the alignment readout to me and showed me before anything was done... The service was griendly and very professional...even on the Fri before the 4th of July! You definately have a new and lasting customer! Sincerely, Barb and Doug Slack
