I found your sales manager Darren to be very knowledgable in my search for the correct tires for my vehical.

Today 5-18-12 was my first experience with this establishment. They were very patient and understanding. They listened to my problems and gave me a reasonable estimate. As the worked progressed more problems cropped up, I was expecting the big hit, but it didn't happen. They repaired my car, and went beyond the expected repairs. They even went out of their way to adjust the price DOWN. I was amazed! They certainly have a new customer in me. Thank you Belle Tire of Royal Oak. Great job!

We were in town from Ohio attending a conference, however, as we were getting ready to head home we noticed that we had a flat tire. With some assistance from road side service we were able to get to Belle tire to have a new tire installed. The staff was very friendly and provided us with excellent customer service. We got delayed for a few hours, but made it home safely.

The customer service here is amazing!This morning, the rear window of my '99 Mercury Cougar caved in after a golf ball hit it last night and needed to be replaced. A friend recommended Belle Tire to me, so I went to their website and contacted the auto glass department. Within 2 hours, the sales/operations manager Darren McGeachy from this location in Royal Oak and Joe Decker from the Rochester location were at my apartment complex! They were so friendly and helpful! They cleaned up all of the broken glass, replaced the rear windshield, and put a smile on my face in under an hour! :) I would highly recommend to anyone!

This store deserves the highest praise for perfect customer service, great work and reasonable rates. i have never walked out of the doors without feeling totally confident that my car had been properly cared for, and that the people who work here really cared about doing good work. No one else I do business with can match them for superior customer service - they could teach the rest of the world a lot about the meaning of excellence. The service and courtesy at this store are great. Raymond at the desk and Dave the tech were courteous and helpful, fully explaining the work that needed to be done. This is a great place to take your car. I would recommend it to anyone.

We have done a lot of business with this store and with good reason. I took my sons car, which we had put two tires on a week before, in with an unrelated rim leak. They fixed us up and got us going in no time. This is why we send all our friends there! It's great to do business with a company who cares about customers in this day and age. Thank you guys!!

This Belletire is awesome. Pat (desk) and Troy ( tech) are awesome. Everytime I come in for any service they are awesome and take care of my car needs.

Just came from there for a quick "check my tire pressure" visit. They were courteous, quick and efficient. This morning has been very hectic, but I now have one less thing to worry about due to the wonderfully helpful staff at this location. I have a Belle Tire by my house on 14 Mil, the one on Stephenson is out of my way. The services and speed what was wrong with my car after driving it to and from Lansing, was great. Wheel bearing where done and they had me going to Ohio the same day, was just great. I even told Guys to go there, to get there breaks fix, they didn't believe! Services is Nr# 1, coffee fresh and Pat and Mike knows his staff and can tell how soon you are in and out! Thanks you guys. My kids know where to go with the car and know they get, they get it fixed!

I would like to comment on the excellent service my family received from Belle Tire and more specifically, from Shawn Shabilla. The morning of January 8th, my husband was at your establishment before 8 a.m. (even though Belle Tire didn't open until 8). Shawn was busy, but took the time to look up the tires and scheduled to have new tires put on that same night at 5 p.m. Shawn put in the order for Michelin's (that we have had in the past), added the warranty and gave my husband cost which would be about $1000. My husband and I would like you to know how much we appreciate the great service that Shawn and the rest of the team have given us over the years.

I always take my cars to Belle Tire at 11 Mile & I-75 in Royal Oak. Mike and Pat run a first class operation and have always provided me with excellent service. I have also referred many family members and friends to this location. I am very pleased with Belle Tire, and particularly this location and felt it should be noted.

Honestly, it is a very rare occasion when I am so moved by an outstanding customer service experience that I set aside the time to alert the company leaders about that exceptional experience. This is one of those times. I'm writing to share my absolute delight with the courteous, reliable and most importantly honest treatment I consistently receive from your store located in Royal Oak off of the I-75 service drive. I've had several interactions directly with the store manager, Mike Hric over the years. I am ALWAYS greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming "hello". I'd like to share my most recent experience that happened last night. I noticed my drivers side headlight was out. Thus this triggered my trip to Belle....Since I was there, I mentioned that my brakes were squeaking too. Within minutes of my arrival, my car was whisked off into the shop. Soon after, Mike came out with a wallet in his hand. He asked if I knew who the person was that was listed on the driver license because the wallet was found in my engine compartment near the windshield wipers. Indeed, I knew of the wallets owner, it was a student at De La Salle H.S.. Somehow, one of my sons classmate's wallet ended up under the hood of my van. This wallet contained the young mans drivers license, debit cards, student IDs and $3. All very important "things" considering the risks of identity theft these days. Evidently while I was volunteering at the school the night before this student rested his belongs on my hood and in the dark he didn't notice his wallet had slipped off. Upon popping the hood, your auto tech, Mike Kepler immediately notified his manager about the wallet and turned it in fully intact. This is most impressive and sincerely appreciated. The students parents were very relived that it was found and returned safely. In brief, you have a lot to be proud of in your employees at the Royal Oak store. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and integrity have garnered Belle Tire a customer for life! I can't help but share this all too uncommon good news story among my friends and family. Please consider these individuals for any and all appropriate recognition for their outstanding customer service!

This is a great shop for all your basic automotive needs. These guys are great for answering questions and getting you the right answers. Belle Tire is a solid organization and the Royal Oak location represents the company very well.

I can not begin to tell you how happy I was with my recent visit to Belle Tire in Royal Oak. The gentleman behind the counter was courtious and professional, and very helpful in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. The price was more than fair, and in today's tough times that meant alot to me. I will be sure to bring my businees back, and tell others of my great experience.
