Great place, great staff. Drove into store with screw in my tire. They fixed it, free of charge, in 40 minutes and I was on my way. I've had the same outstanding experience at the Brown Road store.

I showed up at 7:30am in need of an alignment in order to leave on vacation to Florida [was already a day late due to having tierod ends replaced the day before]Just wanted to be first in line at 8 when they open. Instead when I walked in to just tell them what I needed, my van was pulled right in, and I was leaving for Florida at 8:01.How great was that?

Joe and Lyle are the best! Went above and beyond to help me out with not one but 2 flat tires in 2 days!! at no charge for either AND went above and beyond to help a damsel in distress. Actually came to my house to change to my spare so I could get up to the shop where Lyle fixed me right up and Joe sent me on my way to get to work! Only place Mom and I ever go for service to our vehicles. Thanks Dixie Hwy Belle Tire guys! You guys ROCK!

Stopped in without an appointment to have a nail removed from my tire. They pulled my SUV in quickly and took care of the problem in no time! Outstanding service.

They fixed my tire for free when they didn't have to. Got me in and out in a hurry and even gave me a newspaper. Never had an experience like that in a tire shop in my life.

Monday April, 25th After a long period of waiting at the dr.'s with two young children I noticed that my tire was going flat. By this time it was lunch and nap time. I pulled into Belle Tire and was told that they would have me in and out! Eventhough I was told to fix the tire that had a big piece of glass in it it could be an hour wait; I was in and out in a half hour! THANKS Belle Tire of Waterford! June R.

I had a great experience at this Belle Tire last night. The people that work there were kind, knowledgeable, quick and very helpful. The person that helped me told me what I needed done, didn't try to over sell me and listened to what I was saying. I would recommend going to this store for any work or tires that you need!

I have been a customer before but last night was one of my best experiences. With the snow, ice, zero temps the last couple of days I felt I needed new tires. I found I could make an appointment online and do my paperwork. After the stress of just driving there I felt even worse when I saw that the place was crowded. Being tired after working all day I didn't look forward to the hours of waiting. Best part.. I didn't have too. Seems with my appointment I was in and out in 30 minutes. The other people were walk-ins. Most were waiting over two hours. They will still get the great service but I got that and more. My paper work was done online, my car was started promptly at my appointment time, the staff was pleasant, and my tires cost me less than expected. What a great evening!

This tire has a high performance handling feel. It seems to be wearing quite well with proper rotation. I've got about 20,000 miles and lots of tread left.

So, I hate bringing my car to the shop, but it has to be done. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off because I appear to not know any better. Granted, it's true, but I like to believe that I have some sort of trust relationship when it comes to my car. I've never EVER felt trust between myself and a car mechanic UNTIL I met the Belle Tire staff . The moment I enter the establishment I feel like I will be taken care of.
