Been very satisfied with the work and customer service at the Novi store. Very well run operation and they go beyond the call of duty to make sure things get done right. I have two sets of wheels and tires for each of our cars, one for winter and the other for the rest of the year. They hooked us up with perfect tires for both cars and the valet service is great to store the other sets and not clutter up the garage. From the guys at the desk to the techs in the shop, they just get it right.
Love Belle tire and only place I trust my 2003, driven hard car with. Only thing I was ever unhappy with is they changed how they record the miles on the oil change sticker. Instead of the mileage when you SHOULD get it changed, the sticker now has the mileage WHEN you got an oil change. Now every time I look at the sticker I have to do math.
I started loosing tire pressure all of sudden as I exited the freeway. I drove straight to BelleTire because I thought theywere open til 7. I went in expressed my concern and they immediately put my spare on even though they we already closed. Great customer service!
Everyone at this location was so nice and helpful. Jim helped me decide on the right tires for my car, got them installed and my oil changed in just a matter a few hours. My car drives like its brand new now. Wouldnt go anyother place to get tires. Never thought I woulde be so excited about tires. Love them and the Novi store and the people that work there. Made an appointment for new tires. Came in before my appointment time and was met with happy, friendly employees. In no time at all my new wheels were on and the technician even allowed me back in the bay because I was asking questions about my breaks. The technician took the time to explain in detail what I wanted to know and assured me that everything was in great shape. He even said if I had any further question to just come on back and they would do what they could to give me the answers. Just as they were pulling my vehicle out of the bay, the heavy winds of the day blew the bay door down upon the cab of my vehicle. It was not the fault of anyone. I saw it happen and the look on the technicians face as it happened was just horrible. He was crushed to have to tell me what occured. Instantly the manager was one it. He called the dealership to get a replacement lamp/lens for the rear cab. Offered to pay for a rental while my truck was at the dealership to be fixed. It was only the cab lamp/lens that cracked nothting major. I declined the rental. Unfortunatley the dealer didn't have a replacement lamp/lens in stock, but the part was ordered and as soon as it came in the manger called me and I was back to get the entire lamp/lens fixture replaced. The Management and Staff at this Belle Tire is outstanding. They don't try to rip you off and they sure don't treat women unfairly. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thanks Guys.
This store continues to exceed my expectations, every time I go in. All the guys there are helpful and polite, especially since I'm usually in distress upon arrival (flat tire, bent rim, etc.) I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs anything tire related, or even an oil change- they do those well too! :)
The Assistant manager , Todd, was very helpful. I made an appointment and order some tires. WhenI show up they didn't have the tires but upgraded my tires at no additional cost. They kept me informed of their progress the whole time. I would recommend this location to anyone.
I needed new tires for my 2006 Jeep. I have used Belle Tire before and have liked their service. I searched the internet looking for the best deal on the BF Goodrich tires that I wanted. Tire-rack had the only offer that beat them, and only by nine bucks a tire. That did not include shipping or install charges, or a road hazard warrenty. Belle Tire had the tires, and a ($50 dollar) rebate, plus a $20 dollar coupon. I used this store for the first time because of the reviews posted here. My appointment was set for 08:00 on Saturday (That is the time that the store opens). I arrived before 07:50 only to find that ALL of the bays were full and the air impact guns buzzing. All of the chairs were full in the waitng area, but there was coffee ready and the staff was quick and polite. The entire wait for service was very short, and I got my Jeep back quickly, with the best price and the tires I wanted. I strongly recommend Belle Tire and this store. As good as this store is, and the deal and service I received...I am not suprised that the store was working so early and it is NO secret to so many people. Thanks Ryan Scaglione (manager) and tech. Belle Tire Novi has the best crew of any automotive store I have ever been to. I have been a customer for several years and will never go anywhere else. I had a slow leak in a tire I purchased a year ago. Todd Kolodziejccak wrote up the order and assured me the wait would be 1/2 hr.or less. He came to me a few minutes later to tell me I needed a switch for my drivers-side window, and they didn't have one, but would get one and replace it A.S.A.P. I couldn't believe how QUICK it all was done! Thanks so very much and you can be sure I'll be singing Belle Tire's praises for a long time to come! I would like to make comment for providing an outstanding service by Mr.Eric Fronek.He went beyond his call of duty to make sure repair of my car which is covered by car waranty company, is taken care of.I have rearly seen an employee taking an ownership to get the bussiness for their company.I wish each company to hire such self motivated employee for their company.Thanks to him and his whole team.
I wanted to write to today to tell you about one of your stores that has repeatedly served my family well. They continue to do so as I found out today. Store # 17, your Novi store, has been managed by Dan Garbarz for several years. He and his staff, including Todd and James specifically, have provided courteous, prompt, and accurate service to us for over 5 years. I haven't seen James in a long time. I believe he may no longer work at your Novi store, but he was excellent as well. It is extremely comforting to see those familiar faces when I have vehicle needs. They offer maintenance suggestions to ensure our vehicles are in good condition. They also offer a variety of service/repair options to accomodate our needs and finances. We actually drive further than necessary to be serviced by the Novi store because they offer superior service to some of your other area stores. I have noticed several Customer Service award plaques at the Novi store. I believe they have earned these, as evidenced by how we have been treated. Thank you for recognizing these stores as I believe it boosts morale and encourages the stores to improve. Thank you also for allowing your staff to stay at their stores for several years and not constantly transferring them. Familiar faces and competant staff provide comfort when a vehicle emergency arises

No additional sales pitches, just old fashion down to basics "what do you need?" and was provided with a great product for an excellent price-didn't have to haggle-this was by far the simplest transaction I have ever had for a car-spot on the best and we will be back when we need Belle's service again. I was just in this location today and wanted a certain tire. They were out of this style and gave me a way better tire for the same price. They could of told me that they could order the original tires I wanted but made every effort to satisfy me. I was in and out. GREAT service and GREAT price

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: I had an insurance claim regarding a flat tire. I called two Honda dealerships in the Novi area and the Belle Tire Novi store (store #17) to place an order for the new tire that I needed. My Honda dealership sold me a "Sentry Guard Road Hazard" insurance coverage package when I leased my 2009 Honda Civic Sedan LX-S. That covers all tire and wheel damages during the length of my lease. Belle Tire was the FIRST, of all there service centers I contacted, to contact me and have the tire in stock and ready to put on my car. THE MOST IMPORTANT COMMENTS: I had the pleasure of being serviced by an outstanding sales representative, at the Novi, MI (#17) store: Mr. Eric Fronek. My sales representative; Eric Fronek was more than easy to work with and was extremely professional. Eric Fronek had to be the "middle man" with my insurance company to get the matter handled regarding my tire issue. Mr. Fronek made me feel like the number one priority at the store. He was honest, understanding and spoke with me on a very positive personal level to solve the issue. The store manager; Dan Garbarz, was equally as outstanding in his customer service, professionalism and kept me satisfied and informed. I just wanted to send a note letting Belle Tire know that Eric Fronek is a special and outstanding professional and as a customer, I plan on going back to him for all of my needs in the future. BOTTOM LINE: As a result of my experience at the Novi store, I plan on returning to the store to purchase a set of wheels and tires for my Civic soon. Both Eric Fronek and Dan Garbarz deserve outstanding recognition for their representation of your Belle Tire store. They got the job done right and got it done quick! The staff is very friendly and I always feel like I receive the best and more importantly, "honest" service. The assistant manager, Todd, is always helpful and willing to answer all my questions. I always recommend this store because of the great staff and service. Keep up the good work guys!!!!
I've never received such care & concern for my vehicle & safety than with Keith Frederick, he was extremly helpful with the purchase of my new tires. My vehicle was taken care of promptly & professionally. I've already sent my friends & family to Belle Tire of Novi for all of their vehicle needs & i highly recommend anyone else to do so as well. Great customer service these days is so hard to find, but not at Belle Tire!
I would like to comment on the great service I received last evening from Dan Garbarz, manager of the Belle Tire on Grand River in Novi, Mi. I came in with a vibration issue and he took the car in right away and fixed the problem expeditiously. The service experience was great and I really appreciate it.
