Great service. They got me in when there were barely any openings and treated me very well. I will definitely recommend this belle tire location to anyone.

I just took my wife's Escape in to be checked for a clunking noise in the front end they checked it out in a timely manner and informed me what was wrong. they made the proper repairs, without trying to sell me something I didn't need. And at a great price I might add! The staff were all professional and friendly!! I'm convinced Belle Tire Monroe is the place to go.

As silly as it sounds at 27 I still had not mastered putting air in my tire as little as I felt I asked the guys at belle tire if they could help me and they did WITH a smile and didnt make me feel stupid. I go there for everything my car needs. They fixed my flat, change my oil, checked out my breaks. Everytime is a full friendly service and Vince is AWSOME and so helpful.

Visited the Belle Tire in Monroe, MI on a snowy day in February 2012. Felt welcomed as I walked in the door...the staff were friendly and knowledgeable...knew what I needed and offered a great price and short time for repairs. Every time I am in the store for any reason, Vince is always ready to help me out with any questions or concerns I may have. I had some work done on my car a while back and the part failed, and he made sure to take care of all the problems and even fixed the alignment since the part caused it to be off. Great Job Vince! Thanks for all your hard work and great customer service.

I don't judge a store by their low prices, but on customer service and warranty work. I bought 4 new tires early this month at the Belle Tire in Monroe. Last night, one was flat; a nail in the sidewall. I drove to the Monroe store with the spare on, and they replaced the flat tire with a new tire. No problem. Do not, I repeat, do not even think of buying tires at any place but Belle Tire. They are the best. They have proven it to me. The only place I will ever buy tires for any of my cars. 5 star service and the best prices around.

Just a note to tell you about the excellent customer service I received from Vince! Great customer service is always appreciated! I talked to him on Monday and on Tuesday when I came back in he knew my name and what I was there for. You have found another loyal customer.

I walked in and was greeted by Jeff Watson. I was so pleased to see a tire company that took the time to make the customer feel like they could trust them. I am used to going to Joe Lake where the Customer Service Manager acts like you are a disturbance when directed towards him. Jeff did a great job! He walked out to my car to make sure we were getting the proper size tires and rims, and he did it in the rain. One way to know that they care. Things did go wrong because of the age of my car but were taken care of in a professional manner. I have directed others to this location Belle Tire. I hope the company knows of his talents at making the customer feel welcome, to be able to ask questions, and the ability to get the job done right! I am fully impressed by this location and you have found a loyal customer.
