Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption.
   Belle Tire Gift Cards ("Belle Tire Gift Cards", "Gift Cards", or the singular form) may only be redeemed at Belle Tire and must be applied to the purchase of Belle Tire products and services other than the purchase of another gift card. All product purchases will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance on the Gift Card will remain on the Gift Card until redeemed. If a purchase exceeds the amount remaining on the Gift Card, the balance due must be paid using any payment method accepted at Belle Tire (cash, check, credit card or other accepted payment method). 2. Limitations.
   Belle Tire Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or applied to any purchase or order containing another Gift Card. Gift Cards may only be used for the purchase of Belle Tire products and services and cannot be transferred for value, redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or applied to any other account (except to the extent required by law). Unused balances remaining on a Gift Card may not be transferred.
3. Risk of Loss.
   Ownership, title, and risk of loss for each Belle Tire Gift Card passes to the purchaser upon delivery. Belle Tire is not responsible for any Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission of the purchaser, owner, or other lawful recipient.
4. Fraud.
   Belle Tire retains the right to close customer accounts, including Gift Cards, and bill or charge other accepted payment methods if any attempt is made to redeem or otherwise use a Belle Tire Gift Card that was fraudulently or otherwise unlawfully obtained.
5. Limitation of Liability.
   BELLE TIRE DISTRIBUTORS, INC. (AND ITS AFFILIATES) MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO BELLE TIRE GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD AT THE UNREDEEMED BALANCE REMAINING ON THE GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
6. General Terms.
   Belle Tire Gift Cards are issued by Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. When you purchase, receive, or redeem a Belle Tire Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of Michigan (without regard to principles of conflict of laws) will govern these Belle Tire Gift Card Terms and Conditions. Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time-to-time in its discretion.
